From 0h tomorrow (April 25) to April 30, the automatic customs system will receive the registration form for exporting lots of rice that have been brought into seaports and international border gates before March 24, but has not registered the declaration.

In order to remove difficulties for rice exporting enterprises, on the basis of exchanging work with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, this afternoon (April 24) the General Department of Customs issued a quick-fire document to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vietnam Food Association , rice exporting enterprises and provincial / municipal Customs Departments announce the time to receive customs declarations for exported rice.

Specifically, the General Department of Customs said that it had set up on the VNACCS / VCIS system for businesses to register customs declarations for rice shipments that have been brought into international border gates and international seaports before 24- 3 but has not yet registered a customs declaration.

The time to receive customs declarations of rice exporting enterprises is from 0h on April 25 until the end of April 30.

According to the General Department of Customs, the total amount of rice that will be registered for export declarations from 0h tomorrow 25-4 is 17,380 tons of 14 enterprises.

They are businesses: Cam Nguyen Rice Rice Mill and Trading Co., Ltd, Kien Giang Commercial Joint Stock Company, Thinh Phat Food Co., Ltd, Binh Minh Food Joint Stock Company, Tan Vuong Co., Ltd. Tien Phat Nong Company Limited, Phuoc Hung Food Business One Member Company Limited, Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company, Tan Long Group Joint Stock Company, Thinh Rice Trading and Services Joint Stock Company, Agricultural Agricultural Joint Stock Company. hi-tech Trung An, Binh Dinh Food Joint Stock Company, Vinacam Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company, Hiep Tai Company Limited.

The above businesses will register the customs declaration with the actual amount of rice that their units have put into international seaports and international border gates before March 24.

Goods stored at an international seaport must have a written certification of the port trading enterprise stating the time when the rice was brought into the port before March 24, and stored at the international border gate, the customs sub-department receives the declaration. will confirm and keep records.

If enterprises have lots of rice stored at international seaports or international border gates before March 24 but have not been aggregated in the above list, send details to the General Department of Customs attached. confirmation of the customs authorities, port business enterprises to be updated into the system.

Cancellation of false declarations

In particular, in today's dispatch to provincial and municipal Customs Departments , the General Department of Customs requested the Customs Department to direct the Customs Branches to cancel the rice export declarations registered in the 400,000-ton quota. from April 12 but after more than 15 days, enterprises do not produce goods for customs offices to inspect.

The Customs Department must report this to the General Department of Customs before 9pm on April 27.

With the amount of rice canceled, the General Department of Customs will re-export export quotas this month and publicly announce them on the web portal and set them up on the electronic system for businesses to continue. registration of export customs declarations will be registered at 12:00 on April 28, following the quota management principles in Decision 1106 of the Minister of Industry and Trade.
