Cooked rice is expanded and long, uniform and eye-catching. The texture is sticky, tasty, with a sweet flavor. Rice remains sticky and delicious even after sitting at room temperature for a few hours. ST21 is suitable for use at high-end restaurants, hotels and eateries.

DT8 is a new variety that was officially researched, bred and recognized in 2017. Rice grain is big, long and less silver belly.
