After only 23 seconds, from 0h today 28-4, more than 65,700 tons of rice in this month's export quotas have been successfully registered by 57 enterprises

According to the General Department of Customs, right after opening the electronic customs system from 0h on April 28, within 23 seconds, 78 declarations of 57 enterprises were successfully registered to export 65,713, 49 tons of rice have just been added.

Of the rice has been successfully opened the above declaration, there are more than 53,421 tons of canceled goods of "tiny seats" declaration form from 12-4.

As a rule, after 15 days from the date of registering the declaration, the trader does not have goods to export, the declaration will be canceled by the customs office.

As a result, the rice volume of the canceled declaration is reverted to the system for businesses to continue to register new declarations.

In addition to the amount of rice canceled, the General Department of Customs also said the system also added a quota of 12,292 tons. This is the amount of sticky rice registered on April 12 and not included in the quota.

Thus, looking back over the past week, the frustration and problems of rice exporting enterprises have been relieved somewhat when the customs authorities continuously announced the opening hours of traders' customs declaration receiving system.

In particular, more than 17,800 tons of rice located at seaports and international border gates before March 24 were also permitted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to open export declarations from April 25, while sticky rice is also exported normally, Not included in this month's quota.

Most recently yesterday (April 27), the Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed to the Prime Minister to stop the mechanism of quota administration that the ministry itself adopted in April, instead allowing the normal export of rice from April. 1-5.
